Introducing new ride leader, Ce Ce.

Some people have to read books, listen to podcasts and study hard to understand what leadership is. Some people are born with great leadership skills. Ce Ce is one of those people.

She’s comfortable with being vulnerable, sharing when she’s nervous or scared. She cares about making people feel included and welcome and she is curious, asking questions when she doesn’t understand or wants to know more.
